Default 20 inch wheels?

Winter is once again looming for Minnesota. I need snow tires and want to have separate wheels/tires for the winter season. Because of all the road salt, I trying to locate used wheels to mount. Unfortunately, used 22" wheels are few and far between. Does anybody know if 20" OEM I-Pace wheels are a possibility? It appears that the disc might be a tight fit. I've searched threads, but can't find a definitive answer. Thanks for any thoughts on the matter.

You'll also find 22" snow tires are wicked expensive and you don't want low-profile tires for the snow anyway. I found 4 20" wheels that would fit the car on e-bay for $596.50 and they worked well (in black).

I hear you—Minnesota winters can be brutal, and having a separate set of wheels and snow tires is definitely a smart move. With all that road salt, it's a good idea to go for used wheels if you can find them. Unfortunately, finding used 22" wheels is tough, as you've noticed.

As for whether the 20" OEM I-Pace wheels would fit, it’s a bit of a gray area. You're right to be concerned about the brake disc clearance—it can be a tight fit. Generally, the I-Pace has fairly large brakes, and dropping down to 20" wheels might not provide enough clearance, especially with the calipers. The wheel offset and design also play a role, so it's not just about the diameter.

Your best bet would be to check with a Jaguar dealer or a knowledgeable tire shop that has experience with I-Pace setups. They can tell you for sure if the 20" wheels will clear the brakes or if you'd need spacers or another modification.

Another option is to look for aftermarket wheels that are winter-friendly and specifically designed to fit your I-Pace. Some brands specialize in providing wheels that offer both the right fitment and protection from road salt.

Hope this helps you get the right setup before the snow starts flying!

Oh, and the weels I bought were for a Range Rover but they had the same bolt pattern and the offset cleared the brakes fine (I would have got to 18" wheels if I could, but didn't think they'd clear the calipers. Pretty sure these are the same wheels, but I found then for a lot less: 20x9.5 Wheels Fit Range Rover Sport Discovery II LR4 HSE 20" Autobiography Style | eBay

I have some 18" JAG OEM wheels with half used winter tires on them that we used on our I-Pace SE (stock is 20's) the past few winters. I'd sell for a reasonable price if you're still looking. Local in the Twin Cities area.
