I found the car was refusing the charge the other day regardless of what I did to it. Apparently this is a common problem. In my case, I was able to correct the problem by just power-cycling, fliping the breakers on and off, the ChargePoint Flex charger I have and not it is working fine. Just an FYI.

 

Glad it worked out for you - at times mine will just say initializing and the only way to charge is to shut it down and re-plug the charger and it works.
