I-Pace Recall
Heads up, you might want to check your rear tire wind deflector, apparently, they are coming loose: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...77114-0001.pdf
Another recall on the air conditioning system, if you are noticing it not working, this may be the issue: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...77194-0001.pdf https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...77169-0001.pdf
This certainly is concerning because I had this exact issue several times this year. At first, I thought there was something on the road that caused it to get loose (drivers side). But then a few weeks later I noticed it was loose on the passenger side. I was already bringing my car in for service (charge port door wouldn't stay closed) so I asked them to take a look at it. I was told by the service department that they found that they come loose from their new (state-of-the-art) car wash they installed. Since March of this year, I have found they are often "hanging" low and sometimes scrape the tires
so I knew the car wash was likely not the cause. I was waiting for the pandemic to ease before I took it in for service but I just read your post and this concerns me that it is a recall and I never was contacted. Rob, thank you for your post and you can be sure I have made an appointment to address this issue.
