Trouble setting up Jaguar Remote App
I had tried soon after I bought my 2019 I Pace, a year ago (from original owner), to set up the In Control remote app for IOS on my phone. At the time, the previous owner was still registered so I could not. I got her to close her account but procrastinated about again tackling trying to set up my account.
Today I bit the bullet to try again. It was a torturous process but eventually I made progress, or thought I did, including syncing the car, but then in further steps was stumped when asked to input my PIN. What PIN? That I could not do as I had not (as far as I know) been assigned a PIN or asked to create one.
I'm stumped. I scanned back through all five pages of post titles on this I-Pace forum and found nothing that helped. I looked at most threads that mentioned the ap and none seemed to address this problem. Any thoughts?

I just set up my new 2022 and was asked for a pin during the setup. The pin should be tied to your account not the car so it is something you specified when you set up the account. To get help call Jaguar Support they should be able to help. 1 (800) 452-4827
