has anyone had a problem with onyx, dba woodview automotive? i've dealt with them in the past (2 - 3 yrs ago) and never really had a problem. however this time i'm having a horendous time getting my order delivered. i'd like to know if this is an isolated incident or if they've gone downhill.

That's a little strong, if I did somebody wrong I would expect to get called out for it, but there are other considerations. Some message boards prohibit stuff like this outright, since they are legally exposed to slander suits by the accused party for permitting such unsubstantiated allegations. If Jim says this is OK then fine, but you should make sure he is aware of this in case he hasn't seen it yet.

As it stands at the moment, all I can see is one member sharing his retail experiences ( good and bad ) with a certain company. I don't see a particular problem with anyone replying to this as long as they answer truthfully / honestly with no slanderous comments.
It is after all only opinion.

I will however, keep an eye on it and see where it goes.
