Default Local dealership claims to no longer work on s type

Hi
I have a 2008 s-type and ive been having habuital issues with my coolant system. Less than 2 months ago I dropped a few thousand to pretty much replace everything ( after having done the same less than a year previous) now my "check coolant" light is on AGAIN. I called the dealership I use ( who had done this work again LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO) and they told me they had "upgraded their shop and can no longer service 2008 vehicles "?? This seems really sketchy to me and a convenient way of not fixing an issue I just spend thousands to "fix". What are my options here? Isn't there some sort of warranty on work? How can a shop not service a vehicle its serviced since 2008 lol. I can't imagine it's so WILDLY different now they suddenly can't handle a relatively modern car. I looked online and can't find any information about such "upgrades"
Any help is appreciated
thank you

It isn't unusual for a shop to make a decision to not work on older vehicles.

However, that decision does not remove their obligation to honor any guarantees for work recently done.

Cheers
