The most disgusting experience buying a used approved XF
I do not know where to start. My first Jaguar purchase experience from Droitwich Jaguar and i have had the most awful experience.
Bought a so called used approved car last week and it has multiple issues that they were made aware of but were unwilling to rectify.
If i need to elaborate more i can forward entire email thread as there is just too much information.
I also contacted CRC but they refuse to help. Its unbelievelable. No wonder Jaguar is all but done.

You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
