My pardons if this section is not correct for my post, don't know where else to go right now.
Lately, I've been getting this error message below trying to access this forum. I have to restart my computer in able to gain access.
It doesn't happen all of the time, maybe 1-2 times a week.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

If you're using a VPN, maybe look for a different node.

The ASN in the error message shows up as "Packethub" in Panama... it's listed as containing a VPN exit node (or nodes) as well as hosting some domains that sound very spammy. Looking up your IP also indicates it's a VPN server (https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/194.146.14.26) and if that node has been reported to enough spam lists then Cloudflare might be blocking it.

I do have VPN, probably should turn it off when accessing this forum.
