I notice that apostrophe's are always doubled to quotation marks whenever used. If someone quotes someone who used an apostrophe, it quadruples. I'm running FF3, anyone else have this problem?

I am running Google Chrome let's see if it does it, I used 1 apostrophe in the word let's "and I just quoted this"
