The ads always appear at the end of the thread (iphone app), and are placed in such a fashion as to make it look like the user who posted the last post deliberately embedded it in their post.

This is not an issue when the ad is for building supply or cat food, it's not fooling anybody. But when the last post could in any way be construed as innuendo (and let's face it, anything can be construed as innuendo!) and the embedded ad is for sex chat, it can be rather amusing. The shock wears off, of course, but first impressions and all that...

...or like when you are trying to teach a new user how to embed pictures in their post and this shows up (your post, Graham):
