Jaguarforums.com merchandise
Ok, so we're palying around at present with the possibility of being able to offer certain merchandise through the forum for those that are interested.
Items may include forum decals / stickers, T shirts, baseball caps and hooded sweatshirts.
Items would be avilable through cafepress which has shipping centres in the UK, Germany and the US I believe so shipping would be reasonable.
Any constructive or positive thoughts / suggestions and or interest, please post here and advise................

Hi Jim,
That sounds interesting to me. I would not mind doing a little advertising for Jaguar Forums. I don't know too many Jag owners yet, but, I have seen a few running around town and hope to eventually get to meet them.
It will be interesting to see if this generates much interest. I think it might.
Good Luck,
Darrell

Thanks guys, its being looked at as we speak and i think may have many possibilities.
Standard forum decals would be great, especially at a meet, or imagine sitting at trafic lights and another Jag sidles up and you saw the decal in the window
Hats sweatshirts and T shirst for messing round the garage, or for a lazy ride in the Jag on a Sunday afternoon, or when you finally go to that Jaguar meet / event.

Jim, I had brought this up a few years ago. I detest "bumper stickers" on my vehicles that did not come stock on said vehicles.
I would however proudly like to get the word out about this forum!
My suggestion was and is now a license plate frame. Of course my vote would be chrome, but maybe offer in black or such. I would be more swayed to have them made out of metal, rather than the cheaper chrome dipped plastic, our Jaguars are worth the extra few bucks!
edit: Just for fun I looked up my original thread mentioned above from 2009: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/j...e-cover-23345/

We've tried all sorts of handouts for my Company - off exhibition stands so a bit different and free.
Tee shirts, mugs and mouse mats have been the boringly consistently most popular.
A tasteful calendar (not of the Moderators with their kit off)
A cheap reliable OBD code reader?
Sets of decent wheel nuts at a sensible price, maybe in 316 stainless (they're not hard to make)
We've got some spare CNC machine capacity for small runs of high value items but engraving is expensive to set up.

Thanks so much for the comments and suggestions guys, please keep them coming.
To be honest, at present, I'm not 100% sure how it may work, but feel as a starting point it may be a few simple / standard run of the mill items with logos etc to see how it goes.
When I have anything to update, of course I will..........

Certainly be interested in a Polo shirt or some such. The one I've got is wearing thin and has Slazenger written on it.
