Where do the pictures at the top of the main page come from? I thought from the users pictures area. I have never seen any of my cars show up when I first open the site.

 

The pics you mention come from the gallery . That's funny you should have seen your pics .While making up a gallery , if you checked "Private" option then only admins or mods can see the pics .Make sure you chosed "Public" option

 

Hi Lew +1^ have a look at the post below. The subject comes up from time to time.

I always get the same 5 or 6, usually with a daily shot of Thermo at a monument, or if I am really lucky the pretty girly.

Never seen the XJ at all.

Lew, I also thought the pics at the top were rather 'biased', see my posts here about that little vent. lol

 

Hey Lew, this is sumthin visited before with no great improvement I have to say. It does work. but sometimes seems to show some more regular than others unfortunately.
I've spent some time in the Admin settings for the gallery and there is absolutely NO settings available to change the user pics / frequency etc etc.
I've checked your profile and your gallery and it is set to public viewing....
All I can suggest is that you might like to submit another gallery with some fresh pics?
Some members have 2 or 3 galleries, maybe more, although I am looking into this and may decide to reorganise and merge these into 1 gallery to save space.
However, at present thats the scenario.....so why not open a new gallery with some fresh pics and see how that goes?
