Welcome Norm! I'm so new that I can't possibly have anything constructive to contribute yet.

But I'm hoping that by sending you this welcome I'm building up some premptive points; so when I make a griveous newby mistake (like posting on the wrong threads, or some such) you will remember to cut me some slack rather than cut me off!

More seriously, congratulations; we will have a better forum with your leadership.

Looks like my vote to deny norri went unnoticed. j/k ya! You had my full support from the very mention of adding a couple to the ranks of jaguarforum parenthood, and I know you'll be an excellent moderator. congrats!
