I put some photos up today and I can't figure out how to make them appear in-line.. i.e. I would like there to be a picture here:

PICTURE

then another picture here:

PICTURE

and so on. Is this possible on this platform? Feel free to link me to a thread or help file if this is already documented somewhere.

In the reply window click on the upload icon arrowed below......



You will then get a pop up that allows you to upload a picture from your device or paste in the URL from a web based picture.



Once you have chosen the image you want click the upload button and you are done.

Make sure your cursor is at the point in the text where you want the image to appear. I've used two examples here from your post in XK/XKR forum. I had to place the cursor for the first one and then move it before adding the second one.

Oh that's odd, I have the formatting bar on mobile but I don't have it on PC

It's usually the other way round!

Mobiles default to the lightweight (compact) forum view but PC's to the full forum view unless you deliberately (or accidentally) choose to change the setting.

Hmmmmmm I can't seem to get it to work. I found the option in User CP > Edit Options > Message Editor Interface and changed it to CKEditor, and I disabled all adblockers/page modifiers, but I'm still getting no formatting bar on PC. Formatting bar shows up on mobile no worries.

Is there another option somewhere that I've missed?

EDIT: I refreshed the page like five times but immediately after clicking the 'post' button on this post, the page reloaded and the formatting bar was in the quick reply. Sorted

 

as of lately I cannot upload photos to replies from my Android when I select the image in the.album, it does not go back to the upload page, it goes back to the reply page and no image appears.

What could it be ? This just started happening lately.
