Default Problem logging onto site

When I log on it appears that cookies are causing site errors and not allowing me to move within topic areas. I finally got it to respond by typing in new url address. Any ideas?

Hi Bob, if you had Full Access before you posted this, then I would suggest a browser problem of some description.

You need to 'Allow' the site to set cookies in your browser options. Which will be under Tools/Options/Privacy/Allow Cookies...

You can also set the option to kill the cookies when you log out, and clear all when you shut down. (I do).

Let us know just what browser you are using, and the error message you receive and we will try to get you going.

IE8 and it does not allow me to leave title page. Where is option to clear cookies located, I've got it set to allow cookies.
