Default Problems with site

For several weeks I have experienced a couple of issues with the site that have persisted.

1. When replying or posting to a posted thread, in typing the info or reply, if trying to attach a pic, etc. As you select the item or hit upload, the webpage jumps back to the original thread and all typing (lol, that dates me) is lost. I then have to re-enter everything again. On longer, more technical replies this really gets old.

2. If I am just reading the posts in forum and then decide to log in to post. Hit log in button and I just get a blank white page. Hitting the "if not automatically redirected" as it loads does not do anything either. Just loads to a blank white page. I must then hit the back button and it loads up the home "select" forum type page.

Issue (1) should have been resolved by the new Auto Save function:

Previously, if you took a long time to compose a post it would "time out" without any warning or indication. The first you knew of this was when pressing Submit Reply button, the post disappeared and was lost forever. For this reason, I used to write lengthy replies offline and then copy&paste the completed post. Now, with the Auto Save the text and inserts are automatically saved regardless of the length of time it takes to write them.

For issue (2) I'm not sure there is a solution. I never log out of the forum so whenever I connect I am logged in.

Yeah, I've noticed the auto save, but does not change the behavior problem. When I go to attach a pic, screenshot, etc., the site just goes back to the original thread page where I was responding to.

The sequence should work like this:

1. start writing text in your reply and put the cursor at the point you want to insert the image.
2. click on Advanced and then Manage Attachments button

3. this brings up the attachment dialogue box

My preference is to upload from my PC so I use Browse Your Device option to find the image(s).

4. when the images are in the correct order in the dialogue box, click on Upload button.

The dialogue box should close and take you back to the original post with the image(s) now inserted.

Lol, I've posted a few. The procedure is not my problem. When I hit the attach button is when it cycles back to original thread with loss of everything. As if I were just now back on the original page I was looking at. I'll try to capture some screenshots the next couple of days.

Got the capture of blank, went to attach screenshot and got the return to thread failure as well. Going to try again =

And in trying to post this it gave me permission failure and logged me out of my account.

It looks like you are using a phone or a tablet, have you tried using the mobile site to see if that helps?

What internet security are you using? Could be blocking you uploading online?
Just a thought.

Still having the problem with an additional one. When attempting to attach a picture to the post/reply thread. As I hit picture icon to attach, it completely logs me out of my account as in post #6 picture #6 (which should have been 7 because it failed to post an attachment) in that posting as well.
