Just to warn everyone I'm sure you've all heard horror stories but I bought my car from Jaguar Stratstone in Solihull, Birmingham, UK.

They told me it would have a 12 month manufacturer warranty on date of purchase and the reason it wasn't stated on any of the signed paperwork is because I would receive it in a few days directly from the manufacturer in the post. This never arrived.


Now I have a minor problem with the parking brake 5 months later (started after 2 months) they are denying saying anything about the warranty and refuse to do anything about it.

So disappointing.... and my friends have told me their experiences with Stratstone where they were told their Audi had a full official Audi service history but doesn't at all after he found out looking in the service book.

Do not trust Stratstone!
