There is a app for forum friendly people that I use for many different forums I am on to see what is going on while out and about.....

It is a great app for driod and iphone users to stay in touch....

can the mods add Jaguar forums to the list so I can post via app?

This was asked of me a week or so ago by Jamey and I checked it out....The response was as follows.......

"We have thought about it, and no we don't wish to offer it.
Reason being is that it forces the end user to pay for the service (i.e. the forum owner doesn't pay for it, but the people that wish to visit the site and utilize it - do)
We are developing a mobile solution for jaguarforums which we hope will be available in the next few months.

I dont see how it forces anyone to buy it......
It is an option to use, people can still go on the smartphones and use the web for free/whatever they pay for.....

tapatalk does have a free version and 2.99 version.....

I cant see how anyone would complain about paying a few bucks for something if they want it or already have....after all we ALL HAVE JAGUARS, not like anything is cheap ro free for us anyways, and it is another EASIER way to go on the forums....

If it dont cost the board anything to add it to the list, why not do ti?!
Might get a few more posts, and members maybe?

Sorry Riski, but don't get your hopes up, doesn't look like it will happen.
Trust me , I'm on your side and want everyone to visit the forum as much as they can for as long as they can and to have a great experience whilst doing it.

 

Can we do something that works with the iPad as well? iPhone apps work, but it is nice to have an app geared towards its larger size. Right now I just browse with Safari, the iPad's web browser, but not everything works perfectly and something a little more specialized would be gravy. Maybe I'm asking for too much though.
