To make it look more English, he had Two 3" BRG Stripes painted down the center-line from the Front over the top to the rear deck-lid. It really looks good! If that wasn't enough, he had "Leapers" decals placed on each Front "Wing", as he calls the Fenders! You'll love the 20" BBS Detroit's and the like new Tires and of course it has Brembo Brakes! Due to Bob's Health, the XKR has been in Storage for about 3 years, until he recently moved to Denton, TX. a couple months ago. He is ready to let you enjoy the XKR! Wouldn't you know it! My Friend Bob Tully that moved to Denton, TX has spent $500.000 or so Dollars having the 2003 XKR Coupe, as he says, "Cleaned-up" abit. He called today and wanted to know if we could revise the ad we placed sometime back? I know he is ready to move it this time as he told me to choose how much to ask for it! I think we were asking $15,00 0r $16,000 and didn't get a single call.
If you would let us place the ad again and help me a little with the (Sales Price) maybe we could move it for him! You mentioned that you had moved the Ad to the end of the line.....Could you look into this ;for me and maybe reactivate the Ad with a more realistic asking Price? He would like to sell it to someone on the Forum that might care about it and love it as he has!

I can tell you that this is a good XKR! If I could afford to have two XKR's this would be mine! Bob lived about a mile from me for several years and drove the Jag quite
often until his Health went South. The parked and covered the Car about 3 years ago and recently had to move to Denton, TX. His Son lives there and he needs to be close to him.....
In answer to the Stripes, No they were Painted on and really look good.....The Leapers on the Front Fenders are Decals and easily removed! I don't know why he just had to put them on the Car...I guess it was just the Englishman in him! I could live with the Stripes but it wouldn't take much to remove them....The Wheels are 20" BBS "Detroit"! They are worth around a "Grand" each....As I know the Car, the only thing I know that needs help is the Cruise Control's Antenna. We used the same Jag Mechanic and He agrees that it is a good Car.
Let me know if your Father wants to know more or if he wants more Photos or whatever and I will get Bob started!
