Default R.I.P. Norman (Ndurban)

It’s with great sadness that I learned today from the XKEC club in the UK that Norman Durban (Ndurban) has passed away last Sunday.

A true gentlemen and enthusiast to Jaguar, although maybe not so known on the Jaguarforums here he was very well known in the UK for his enthusiasm and projects around his XKR.

Some may know him for the manual conversion he made for the XKR, or for supporting Quaife for them making the now well-known LSD units for our cars.

We had lots of contact in the past also via the UK forum, and he was one of the 1st adopters of my Twin-Screw back then, it was always a great please to deal with him and have very good memories of the times we met, and am sad we don’t have an opportunity meet again.

My condolences to his family and friends.

R.I.P. Norman!

May he rest in peace. I never met him but feel like I have after reading all of his PH posts about his awesome TS and Tremec manual conversion, and personally exchanging emails with him. Hope his beast went to a good home.
