1962 Jaguar MKII 3.4 exhaust manifold question
I have a 1962 Jaguar MKII 3.4 engine. My question is whether a set of exhaust manifolds from an XK150 or other 3.4l cars will fit on my MKII? I am most concerned about the mounting stud configuration and exhaust port size. From what I can see, the XK150 and the E-Types are similar with the exception of the angle of where the exhaust pipe attaches.
I have seen quite a few exhaust manifolds and header sets for most other types, but the MKI and MKII's are extremely pricy.

My 340 is left hand drive and the manifolds are angled to clear the steering column, so in my case I would have to order specific ones for my car.
Concerning the bolt pattern on the head, all the 6 cylinder are the same up until 1987.
On the bottom, some had donut rings, while others used gaskets (stainless steel with asbestos in-between).
In your case the angle(s) will be different, so you would have to start modifying the pipes to make things fit.
