Default Manual Steering Box

We recently disassembled the Manual box on our 3.8s. Apparently, the same box - Burman - is used on Jaguars, Land Rover, Cortina, Alfa.
We have found the tension spring is broken. If anyone has one or can suggest a source, please advise.
Thank you,
Lou

They are generally not available. Any competent spring shop can make one for you very quickly while you wait. An alternative is to find someone that has converted to power steering.

I'd suggest ICS Steering in Birmingham, UK, but the post to California would probably cost way more than the spring.

A person expects to pay the cost of shipping, one gets used to it.
