Default MK2 Sidelamp seals

The replacement rubber gasket “O” rings for these little lamps provided by SNG Barratt are to thick (wide). What are folks using for this seal between the lamp fixture and the body?

Thanks very much for suggestions.

With my Bentley, I just went to the hardware store (automotive store too) and got some smaller "O" rings.
A better way is to find some bulk neoprene (thin enough).
Clamp it between two pieces of wood and with you drill press use a forstner bit to get a nice clean hole the size you need, then use a very sharp pair of scissors to create the OD.
I have done this before and it's OCD, but it works quite well.

A hole saw works, if you can find one small enough.

The ones on the point of the wings?
They ARE thick. What doesn't fit?
They actually fit between the wing, housing AND the lense surround. Stick out a bit around the edge.
