At a previous job I designed industrial compressor packages for natural gas pipelines, and part of that was cooler sizing. Radiators running a 70/30 glycol mix needed to be sized 15% larger vs water with a corrosion inhibitor package. The reason is water has a higher heat capacity than glycol. Obviously the choice of coolant depended on ambient conditions, water was a no-go in in winter in northern Canada.
