Maybe not for the show crowd but nice upgrade for faded, cracked originals...drill a hole to get a die grinder started and take out most of original lens, then slide $1.49 LED rubber and lamp into space. Hacksaw bulbholder end off bracket.Much cheaper and brighter, $14.99 for 10 at Princess Auto. Perfect size.

 

I removed mine and converted the turn signals to park and turn

 

Good modification, more visility makes for a safer car. Original is not always better, so who cares about car shows.

 

Not much on original or car shows. The purist hate it because it has a Chevy engine.

 

I like old cars but modernized.
