First, I put this post here because I am not selling this car. (Moderators, put it where you feel it goes if you wish)

The other day I went into a muffler/hitch shop to see about a front hitch for my F-150. I noticed a 1957 Jaguar Mk 1 on a lift, and asked about it. Seems the guy has had it for 10 years or so but has lost interest in restoring it so he will sell it. This information comes mostly from the owner so I cannot personally verify it.

The car is a 1957 Mk1 3.4, left hand drive. The motor has been completely rebuilt from the crank up. It needs a valve adjustment. It has two carbs. The transmission is a 4 speed O/D but he also has an automatic. The engine and transmission are not in the vehicle. I saw the engine on a stand.

It has 1958 disk brakes on the front wheels which he got from a parts car. The body looks good, black with red interior. It is a California car so minimal rust. He said that he has the complete car, both the mechanicals and the body/trim parts.
