hi, I am changing the gear box sump and filter

At the back of the box, there is an electrical connection and I need to change the plastic sleeve

I have watched three vids on youtube, where they have changed it but they don’t show you how it done

Is there any information anywhere that I can look at

It looks like there is a cap that unscrews, but after that ???

I think the box is a ZF6hp

 

I think you want the S type forum under modern models, where there will be more expertise on ZF 6HP boxes. The modern XK forum might also help.

There is a plastic piece that holds it in place from inside- hit it with a flashlight ad it will be obvious. dont break it.
