Hi all, i have a late 02 uk S-type which has the ZF 6 speed auto gearbox.
Which ZF box is it? ZF6HP26 or 28?
Can this box have a DIY filter/oil change at home?

It's the 26. Yes you can DIY but it's not especially easy (*). I think Rick (joycesjag) did a write-up in the FAQs and I think there's a video by Reverend Sam for the XK8 with the same trans. Be sure to research very well because it's critical to do it right including measuring the temp as you refill. Spend some time with Search as people have posted part #s, detailed PDFs and so on

(*) over here it has been done on their drive by at least 2 people but don't be misled into thinking that means it's easy!!.

Interesting kit. Any idea how much oil it includes - and which oil?

£156 is about $250 - kinda seems too low.
