Default steering isolater

I needed more clearance for my Chevy powered mk2. I removed the rubber donut
from the steering shaft and replaced it with a slip joint, gained 1.25" clearance and
removing it will be easier since it will collapse.

As you start to add the accessories you will find a lot of extra mods are needed and creative new locations for items to make it all fit. Good luck. We had to make custom steering linkages much like most custom rods to clear headers, etc. You will be amazed at how many items we had to find creative locations like the inner fender wells; and we had to remount items more than once for things we found needed clearances.
