Default W.T.B.-Cover plate

Hi Folks,

I'm missing a "cover plate" from my 1965 "S" type, but I believe this same part is used on the MK1/MK11 and Daimler. The official part number is 7358.
On the front inner wing panels within the passenger compartment, (both sides) there is a removeable circular panel, roughly where your feet would be. A previous owner removed this panel, and attempted to fit a loudspeaker.
I'm now trying to find a replacement panel.
Has anyone out there a spare to sell? I'm located in Essex, in the U.K.

Regards, Richard Hinds

I have the two original ones which I removed from my S type because I installed speakers there. It is the perfect place for 7½" speakers.

What are you offering? if you need a reference contact TilleyJon here in this forum.

Thanks for the replies so far.
Jon: I did try to text you to the number you supplied,, but no reply so far.

Regarding photos, I cannot figure out how to attach a photo! I take photos on my Ipad (I've got lots), then compile a note for the forum, but seem unable to attach or embed a photo. can anyone suggest where I may be going wrong-I'm not the most computer literate person!

Regards to all, Richard

Default Fantastic Forum!!

After posting a "Wanted to Buy" on here, I was contacted by a Forum member who offered me the part, but wouldn't accept any payment; not only that, he then went on to organise delivery to my house via one of his friends!
What a marvellous example of friendly help from a Forum member, (Who I've never met) and which highlights what a fantastic Forum this is.
Many many thanks to "TilleyJon" ( I wish now I'd asked for an engine & gearbox!)
