Just came across this. The Blancpain GT series in Europe.

Emil Frey is the Swiss importer for Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, as well as a heap of other marques. They have entered an X150 XKR in the series which is currently underway.











The car looks fantastic! But for some reason they have missed the first two races in 2014. The car has been in competition since 2012.

It's running the 5.0L V8 naturally aspirated to 7500rpm with a Ricardo six-speed, supposedly making >550HP, sounds very similar to the RSR engine, i wonder if....???
