Welcome to the forum finclayton1,

That's an unusual 'Blink Code' sequence. Normally it's blink(s) - pause - blink(s) to give a two number code.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s-type-s-type-r-supercharged-v8-15/ to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the UK Region by following this link Europe Region section by following this link UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.

Fin,

Welcome to the forum.

I agree - I believe the flash code you are referring to is 36 (I believe this has to do with the air bag that is in the driver's seat. (Check the connection) below the seat that goes to the side air bag - make sure the connection is tight and clean - the ohm resistance that is tolerable (by the SRS module) is very sensitive if the connection is dirty - that sets off the air bag light.

Good Luck and welcome

Sir,
What did you ever learn about that 3-6 airbags blink code?
What was the issue?
How was it resolved?
