2001 XJR owner - Oxford, England
Hi,
This is my second Jaguar X308. Previous one was a LWB Sovereign in silver. Overall a good car but I wanted something a bit sharper on the road.
Current car is a blue 2001 XJR. It has the following modifications carried out by Paramount Performance: remapped ECU, revised lower supercharger pulley, revised air filter and a very loud sports exhaust. I've also added a set of polyurethane bushes to the front suspension when I had a refresh recently
It's also fitted with a Romano HD LPG system, which delivers the petrol cost equivalent of 36 UK MPG.
Most recently it's had new lower rear shock absorber bushes, a replacement throttle body and a bit of undersealing work.
My next large expenditure will probably be a full body respray. The paintwork isn't too bad but some rust needs removing from the base of the rear windscreen and my brother-in-law happens to be a paint sprayer by trade.

Welcome to the forum BOH,
Good advice form Norri. Follow his links to the X308 and UK Regional sections.
Another one for the TB failure Club - Jaguar should have supplied these things with a spare one in the boot!
Your clearly on top of the maintenance and mods. Look forward to seeing pics.
