2004 Jaguar S type

Hi All, my name is Marc, I am from Newton MA, although I am originally from Paris France. I am new to the site and a proud owner of a 2004 Jaguar S type 6 cylinders bought today. 46,000 miles paid $9,000. Looks like new
I have a few questions:
1) is this a correct deal
2) 1 key fob does not work when I press the butons, I changed the battery but nothing happens what do you think is up?
3) there is a nice fancy dial panel but when i switch the ignition on, only the time displays and nothing else. Do I have the bluetooth available or is it just broken. how can I know if I have bluetooth

any help is appreciated
