2007 XJS broken armrest release
Just obtained a 2007 XJS Van den plas. The front middle arm rest latch is broken and the lid stays in the upright ;position exposing the built in cup holder. It is annoying in that with the lid in the vertical position you can't rest your arm on the provided arm rest. In addition to the latch being broken, the plastic push to release in front of the arm rest is broken and parts missing. The question is, can the latch items be replaced or do I have to replace the whole tan leather arm rest?

Good to have you with us.
The XJS (2 door coupe and convertible) ceased production in 1996. I suspect your Jaguar Vanden Plas is a 2007 XJ four door saloon?
