2009 Dynamic mode does not work

Default 2009 Dynamic mode does not work

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding Dynamic Mode fault message when button pressed? Also paddle shifters do not work in S mode.

Car drives perfectly in regular Drive mode.

Thanks for any help

I can't point you in any direction without a hint on the Model.
