Default 3 months to fix a Side Panel I accidently Lifted on my 2012 XJ?

Glad to be part of this Forum! I am a newbie Jaguar lover... design and performance. Had the 2009 XF and now the 2012 XJ. I found this forum while looking for a place to share my horrific experience trying to fix my XJ for cosmetic reasons after lifting the side panel the wrong way trying to change my FR tire after a blow out. Estorga's Collision Repair had my car for 2.5 months and I still haven't got my car back. Insurance sent me there after the first location wasn't Jaguar Certified dealing with the Aluminum Body. Apparently I lifted the wrong part of the car and I'm stuck with Estorga's Collision in Torrance, CA telling me off when I complain about asking for a Date that I can get my car back. "These cars are very difficult to fix and sir, you have been a difficult customer from the beginning..." so am I supposed to sit there calmly and let them tell me how difficult it is to fix my jaguar for a Comprehensive fix?
