4 Prong Fan Module Needed

Hello, I am new to this community! I am in need of this for my 2006 Jaguar X-Type Wagon as the fan just stays on. I have been unable to fine a four pronged one. I am hoping someone may be able to recommend a place that has one or know where I might find one, please? Thank you!
