Just bought first Jaguar. A 2003 XK8 cabrio. Beautiful car.
Ive already gain a ton of know-how from this site, on fixing all the little time damaged items. Glove box damper, Visor mirrors, No CD in changer error, even fabricated a missing spring in one cup holder from a saftey pin. Headrest cable is now in progress.
This site was invaluable for installing the Aux In switcher and Bluetooth.
So if anyone needs some help,

Congratulations on all your successful repairs! We can Always use someone like you on this site, who has had their fingers into some of those troublesome items. Success is addictive, isn't it! LOL
I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
