Default Another temperamental JAG

Hello People, I am a new owner of a jag X-Type(2.5)/2005 its in a very good condition save for a few (seemingly non serious ) concerns.

1) Temperature seems to rise and then after i stop for just a few minutes and turn the engine off and start up again its back to normal. i think its some kind of sensor problem (this is actually the only real problem)

2) steering seems to vibrate when turning in stationary

3) vibrates B/W 60 and 80 Kms/Hr

4) door liver from the inside gets stuck, really hard to open it , i am afraid ill break it real soon if i don't repair.
