Default Beeping when key is removed

2003 S Type. Runs fine. When I stop the car the key may or may not want to come out. It went from beeping for about 15 seconds to holding the key in the lock. I restarted the car and stopped it, the key came right out. No issue with hand brake that I know of.

Welcome to the Forums.

A simple "re-ask" in the S Type (X200) Tech Section will get the correct suggestions/answers.

Good luck.
