HI From Kentucky,
I am new to the forum and we own 2 Jaguars: A Black 1987 XJ6 we purchased new and a Black 2007 XK we purchased used 2 years ago.Love them both, but as per all Jags, we have had our issues, thougt some of you more mechanical minded folks could help me. I am weary of paying mechanics that take my money and don't really fix the problem.
We live in the Bluegrass/Bourbon area of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and raise Angus Cattle.
Look forward to being a member.
Greetings to all.

Welcome to the forum Bella,

Good to have you with us.
For tech advice you are looking for the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum and XK / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum sections.
I have to admire your taste in cattle.

You should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you. When you get it.

Welcome to the forum Bella,

A great pair of Jaguars. Not many have a 25 year old 'owned from new' XJ6.

Follow this link XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJ6 section and this one XK / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK section for help and advice.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Bella,

That looks fine. It's a big help to everyone reading posts to be able to see model details like that straightaway.

Hey Jim,
Thanks for the upgrade.
JD is south of the boarder of Ky; he calls TN his home. We in Ky are the only ones who can claim the B ingredient in our minty drink.

Lol.....I knew it wasn't far away.
I usually have around 4 or 5 litres or JD in the house at any one time, as I'm quite partial to a wee drop here n there

It only needs a pefectly cooked Angus steak to go with it, maybe some JD sauce as found in TGI's...................send me your address details, I'm heading for the airport as we speak
