Exclamation blank navigation screen

i was fooling around with the diagnostics screen and accidentally hit the software update button. i could not get out of the screen and decided to turn off the car thinking the screen would go back to the normal menu. but when i turned the car back on the navigation screen did not turn on. non of the buttons on the pannel worked either, but i heard the radio on, so i inserted a music cd and now the cd wont come out because non of the pannel buttons work. i have no idea what to do. any help would be very much appreciated!!!

Welcome to the forum dantheman295,

That sounds familiar. I'm sure the guys in the tech section will be able to advise.

Follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US North East Region section by following this link North East US - ME NH VT MA RI CT NJ NY PA - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham
