Default Considering purchasing my first Jaguar

Hi All! I am considering my first Jaguar purchase and wanted to get some feedback on the two cars I'm looking at. Both are X-types with the 2.5 liter engine. One is a 2003 and the other is a 2004. Both have around 60,000 miles on them. Any recommendations?

Welcome to the forum Michael,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

The most important advice on ANY used Jaguar is to thoroughly check service and repair history. A well cared for Jaguar is a pleasure to own and drive but a neglected one can be a money pit.

Follow this link X-Type - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

You can also visit the USA North East Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...t-nj-ny-pa-35/
to find other members in your region.

I hope one or the other of the vehicles you are considering checks out OK. Enjoy the forums.

Graham
