control arm bushings needed

Ladies and Gents -
I own a 2005 XJ8L and need control arms with bushings for the back, I think there are 4 of them. Besides going to Jaquar and/or China for a kit, (costly and cheap) is there another place you can recommend getting these parts from?

Also, if my cars front shocks were converted from air suspension to conventional, is it possible to change it back without too much trouble?
