Farah from Birmingham
Hi all,
I am a student doing my MSc in Strategic Marketing and Consulting from the University of Birmingham. As part of my dissertation, I have had the pleasure to work directly with Jaguar Land Rover and as part of my primary research, I need to interview around 50 UK based female respondents who drive Jaguar cars. As I have been scrolling forums, I usually find people with aliases that sound more masculine. I would be grateful if somebody could introduce me to these female drivers and who would be kind enough to help me fetch some marks in my dissertation. I shall treat you from my side

Welcome to the forum Farah,
I've moved your post from the end of oxfordjagman's Intro thread to a new one of your own.
One of the reasons behind the use of forum user names is to give members a degree of privacy and control over their personal data. We ask that anyone registering gives their location (City/Country), vehicle model and year. This is the minimum necessary for technical answers to be relevant to their market specification. General replies to forum threads and direct PM's (Personal Messages) make further personal details unnecessary.
Sometimes new members will post their full addresses, personal eMail addresses and telephone numbers. When this happens we remove these details. The internet spammers and identity thieves can be sufficiently intrusive without us helping them!
Even if I could readily identify 50 UK based female Jaguar drivers from our membership, I would not introduce you to them. Apart from anything else, it would be dubious from a Data Protection Act perspective.
If you wish to post again in UK & Eire Region forum (UK & Eire - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum) asking any UK based female Jaguar drivers to reply then you are welcome to do so.
Graham

Hi Farah, welcome. As per GGG identity is not given out here in the UK either. We do not know the identity of ladies who are members either so I think you will have trouble finding your parties through any forum for data protection reasons.
