Default Finally found the Jaguar I wanted

I finally got the Jaguar I have been looking for. I collect and restore Antique and classic cars. I recently bought a 1986 XJ 6. It still needs to have the rust fixed and be painted. The seats need recovered too. The car runs like a champ and handles great.
I am very happy to add this car to my collection that now includes: 1957 BMW Isetta, 1959 Edsel Ranger, 1947 Pontiac SilverStreak, 1985,1987,and 1988 Pontiac Fieros, 1992 Pontiac Sunbird, 1986 GMC Rally STX, and of course now the 1986 Jaguar XJ6.
The final 2 cars I am looking for are a mid to late 1960's Mercedes Benz and a late model Messerschmidt.

Welcome and greetings from Ireland. What a great collection!! Are you sure your actual name isnt Jay Leno?? A great pastime and lots of knowledgeable folks on here to assist you in your restoration. Best of luck with it.

Welcome to the forum,

Sounds like a great collection, I'm surer we'd all like to see pics, is the messerschmidt the little bubble car where the passenger sits behind the driver?

Yes, the messerschmidt is the bubble top that the driver sits in front and the passenger in the back. My car isn't the nicest looking just yet and I have an idea that people would look down on me and I really don't want that to happen. Some of my cars are done and I will post those pictures.

I think I should change name... I might have to if I add too many more cars.
