Default First Jaguar 74 XJ6L

I picked up a clean 1974 XJ6L with 60k original miles and 25 years of maintenance records. The seats are trashed but everything else is pretty good, motor is solid, trans shifts smooth, brakes are good, paint is good (one chip), and just recently had a lot of work done. The carbs were recently rebuilt, fuel system (dual tanks) rebuilt, new valve cover gaskets, plugs/wires, cap/rotor, some hoses/belts, and a brand new battery. The amount of documentation I have for this is astounding, and I'm ready to sell it now that it's road worthy again. If anyone is interested please give me a call at [contact details removed by GGG].

Welcome to the forum Anthony,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums.

The forums exist for the exchange of information about Jaguars and not as a market place. I have therefore removed the contact details from your Intro. We offer a classified forum for members to advertise vehicles and part for sale etc which is restricted to members with a minimum of 5 Posts and 10 Days membership.

Follow this link XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/w...t-hi-wa-id-38/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
