Default First time Jag owner, glad to be here!

Hello everyone!

I'm 27, in the military, based in Texas, and I've just purchased my first Jag, a 2009 XF Supercharged. I can't say that I'm not excited to put it through it's paces!

I have question already, though, how much should I put aside for repairs? I have around 3k put aside right now, with another 2k on the way from my old car. Is this enough, or should I continue saving?

I'm just a bit worried from the horror stories you hear around, and any advice would be much appreciated.

Anyway, I'm glad to be here!
