Hi,

I have owned and restored 2 Triumphs in the past but just bought my first Jaguar over this past weekend.

It seems to be in good mechanical shape with some serious cosmetic tweeking needed but is not in bad cosmetic shape either.

It's a 1997 XJ6, black in color.

Absolutely beautiful car, all Jaguars are.

For some reason I never considered owning one before I bought this one at auction for $1500 (was looking for a volvo for other reasons), but I could not be more excited or happier about owning a car.

Without doing a thing to it, it simply blows away my old TR6s, and I can't wait to really sink my teeth into it. I am sure I will have questions, already had one and the forum was a great help, so a genuine "Thanks in advance"!

Thanks,

Malikail (aka David)

Thank you all.

It seems to have a lot to offer and I am indeed enjoying reading/researching so far. I have no doubt that will continue!
